These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebCheckly's website, scanning tools, monitoring services, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
01Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
- If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
02Service Description
- WebCheckly provides website deep scanning, SEO and performance analysis, and 24/7 continuous monitoring of websites, including uptime, SSL certificates, domain expiry, screenshots, and broken link detection.
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be completely accurate.
- Free features may be used without registration. Premium features require an account and may consume credits or require a paid subscription.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
03Accounts and Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
- You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions, or use the Service in a way that violates these Terms.
04Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds
- Premium features, credit packs, and subscription plans are available for purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Creem (creem.io).
- Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings before the next billing period.
- Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at the support email below within 14 days of purchase.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated before renewal where reasonably possible.
05Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan, or to infringe the rights of any third party.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to violating applicable laws or regulations.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
06Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by WebCheckly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
- Reports generated by the Service are provided for your informational use. You are responsible for verifying any results before relying on them.
07Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
08Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
09Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WebCheckly regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

- Material changes will be announced on the website or via email where appropriate.
